Went from HR20 to HR21 and now cant get signal on sat 99 or 103

I got a new 3D tv and I had the HR20 receiver and it wont get 3D programming so I called directv and got a replacement. They sent me a HR21-100 and I now get no signal on Sat 99 and 103. I have the BBand on the just like on the HR20 and everything else is the same as before. I did the satellite setup like on the other receivers and it still wont work. I called Directv and told them the problem and they sent me another HR21-100 and it wont work either. When I hook the HR20 back where I switch the HR21 I get a signal on 99 and 103 so I hooked the HR21 again and still no signal on 99 and 103 so I get no HD on this receiver.

Anyone have any advice?

The same ones. They didn't send me new ones.

Is the sat setup correct? Set up for the type of dish you have?

Yes, set it up like the other receivers and still no luck.

try this ... force new sw download.... reset recvr ... at the "hello" screen ....in the remote enter 0 2 4 6 8 ..... dont do anything else


it should start downloading... after it finishes check sats

Does D* have to send an update for the 3D to work by chance ?
Or turn anything on from thier end ?

Tried it and still no luck. I plugged my HR20 back in and it works fine. This is driving me crazy.
