Switched carriers. Got the iPhone after having had wp7, android, and bb. I've had iOS before, but I'll give my review and comparison between the platforms soon.

Well that was quick. I thought you were going to wait a little before making the decision? I am assuming that you just went with the iPhone 4?

AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint?

Verizon, and yes. I went with the 4. I figure I couldnt get the s anyway right now, and the 4 would serve my purposes. I MAY look at trading within the 14 day window IF they get and S models in. If not, ill be ok with staying with the 4. The price was just to tempting considering I was swapping carriers anyway.

Damn you were the only person I knew with a WM7 phone... and now since you got rid of it I don't know anyone with a WM7 phone.

I came THIS close to staying with the WP7 platform, but just wasnt sold on that particular model. It may have been fine, and I know the os is great, but I figured for now, I would go iOS (coupled with the ipad).

I will definitely look at wp7 again when I go to change phones next time.
This was strictly a carrier issue based change.

which should be next month................... :p

Haha, you never know.
I wouldnt keep doing this if it cost me money, but even with the ETF for two lines, after I sell the three phones that I have, and get the new ones, I come out money ahead by getting new ones. Ive been doing this for a few years, and the first phone I bought aside, ive probably got $75 total in every phone I have gotten (combined) since (around 6 or 7 phones).
