Saw this today on the uplink report
DEL 7000 D105 UNKNOWN Tp 7 AMC 15 105w AT100? PREV FTA

DELETE Tp 2 AMC 15 105w ,QPSK SR 26000 FEC 2/3

DELETE Tp 7 AMC 15 105w ,QPSK SR 26000 FEC 2/3

DELETE Tp 18 AMC 15 105w ,QPSK SR 26000 FEC 2/3

well...for those asking what does this mean it means that Dish has deleted the one FTA channel on 105 that was left (the "you have a Superdish at 105") and it looks like the 3 active transponders on there

so it sounds like 105 might be just a feed bird from now on....unless Dish has something up their sleeve ;)

Dish cleared everything off of 105 a while back (they had just locals). and moved them to 110 & 129..They're leasing the satellite so I have a feeling Dish doesn't want to put anything there

Both Transponders 2 and 7 are still active. But who knows for how long.
There is a test channel for Echostar Satellite Access Center on Transponder 12 and a full time data mux on Transponder 24.

A customer told me that she lost her locals for a week then they came back. She has not had locals for three weeks now. We are in the Charleston WV market. She has an issue with trees. It is a wonder that she picks up 119 at all.

looking for 105º LNBs

I've gotten over the 121º LNBs.
Not what I want.
But I would like a few from 105º.
Just a few.

As long as they're being decommissioned, save some for me. ;)

edit: Looks like picture below, with ears on the LNB horn:

Is Dish phasing out the Superdish? From what I'm reading, it looks like a lot is disappearing from 121w as well...

yes. Dish has been phasing out the SD for a while now

105 had just locals. Those were moved to 110 almost a year ago or they were moved to 129
121 had locals and International channels. Those were moved to 129 (locals) and 118.7 (Int'l)

121 Dish owns...105 they lease

They are also trying to consolidate the Int'l channels on 61.5 & 148...at one point some channels were on FOUR satellites (61.5,121,118.7,148) but Dish is consolidating everything Int'l wise to 118.7

yep those are on 129 now

Is Dish planning on going to using cards, like what Directv use? I have heard that the company is seriously considering doing it to kill off the ways of the hackers. I understand if using the card system Dish can change the signals every few hours.
I never hear anything about hacking problems on the Directv side. (Please correct me if I am wrong.)
