Technically, the Hopper is marketed as "free" with the DVR fee being separate. I'm surprised they are changing bills to show the Hopper as $12.

If they change the DVR fee for Hopper, what do they do with the DVR fees for other receivers that are not the same as the fee for the receivers, i.e the 722 has a $14 receiver fee and a $10 DVR fee.

This change would necessitate a complicated change in their billing (IMHO) - I doubt they are doing it, and I have been wrong before.
