I can confirm they still have Welcome Pack with only 2 ale cart options sportsman and heartland if you ask about it and own the equipment. Probably won't happen with new install or leased equipment.

Because they would want minimal subscribers over no subscribers. Forcing people to pay almost twice as much to remain a minimal subscriber is not going to go over well.
