Weird error message

What does this mean?

This happens if you click the "ViP622..." link in my signature or otherwise go to the "Member Photos" area.

Been getting like message going to reviews, but says line 461...

Its because those programs were not written for the version of PHP we are using (which is a later version)

With the error messages all those external programs still however do run fine.
