im making the move to D* from E* and was wondering if D* has somethling similar to Dish Weather?

not a deal maker or breaker but yes, the interactive receivers do.

Not from Weather Channel. Some of the receivers have interactive local weather but it is very basic, like the one that E* has. Best Weather is the Weather Plus from NBC, transmitted on sub channels of digital NBC stations. They have great coverage on national and local weather.

Well when i signed up for d* i was give the option to have them also install an ota attenna, which i took them up for only 49.00 so, and when i had cable i was able to get that nbc weatherpluus thing so thats good.
