weak signals from 99w ku

any body else getting weak signals/quality from 99w ku band?

i know i am "on the arc" because i get very high quality from all other sats across the arc....but 99w seems weak to the point where some channels pixelate....my line of sight is clear across the entire arc....is it just me??

What type of setup are you using?
BUD with Ku
Motorized Ku using USALS or Diseqc 1.2

motorized ku 39 inch

USALS which is dead on for all other sats but i tried fine tuning using 1.2 also....no luck

Which TPs on 99west are you using to compare to?

If this is a recent development, is it possible that the Sun is interfering?

its gotta be sun interference...noticed it Saturday too. Most of the news feeds were really low or non-existant on the meter (and they're up all the time)

thanks for the input but its not the sun it happens any time of the day even at night for the past week or so....weird because im getting 90+ quality on 97w 101w and 95w....

Other than the Russian S2 mux (when any of it was ITC), I've never had very strong signals on 99w Ku compared to just about any other satellites. I have no idea why.

For me there seems to be no change. I've got CBS newspath and that's it. (Ku band).

Just now when I was surfing there was no signal from CBS newspath. Something is going on!

99 has never been real strong for me either.
