The uplink program needs a little tuning up to fix these problems.

When a call sign ends in a digital number, the principle 4 character station affiliated with the primary call sign may be automatically duplicated for the 5 character subchannel (or vice versa).

Digiblur has graciously offered to look into the coding causing the error as his time permits.

Raleigh, NC is good

Raleigh is misspelled for several stations. Also, UNCTV is WUNC out of Chapel Hill, and UNCEX is a subchannel of WUNC, also out of Chapel Hill.

WSTE channel 7817 is not CBS is Teleisla its owned by Univision
