Digiblur's right, working with a motor can be tedious. Since Katrina, I've torn down and re-installed in a different city (Baton Rouge), then torn down from there and re-installed back here in New Orleans. That gives one plenty of opportunity for motor install practice 
Since Baton Rouge is less than 100 miles away, the differences in settings were not that great. There was tweaking to be done, however. The more you play with installing, the more comfortable you will become with it.
