Technically it's not TAUNTING the other team, so maybe it wouldn't be a penalty.

On a different note, remember when the college season starts, an official can take a TD away from a team if the player or team taunts the other team ...

IIRC, in the NFL you can't do multi-player celebrations anymore, and you must stay on your feet.

I heard about it a while ago. It's a fad from Australia. They've had at least one death from someone trying to plank on his 7th floor balcony & falling to his death.
