too Bad he's already driving forward or that might be plausible.

They have Transmissions so to speak, But definitely not manual transmissions and usually it's one gear only so there is no shifts.

But most electric cars have a phony shifter, or a Button to go from Forward /Reverse

Nice video but hardly looks electric.
