was this cause by tropo?

all night last night until i went to bed i got all the memphis stations in at 90% to 100% and i was also getting WDKA 49 and WPSD out of paducah in at about the same signal strength. i checked here Tropospheric Ducting Forecast for VHF & UHF Radio & TV and it was not showing good tropo conditions.
