Next time get his/her ID & document the call. You have a Sony HD TV and you don't get any HD chs.? I have the 722 and love it. I had C-Cast before , don't want Direct, and had a 2 yr. lease with Dish before. Now I'm on an 18 mo. lease & am very happy. Bear in mind that even if you have the HD pkg. there will be some chs. that you won't get unless you have a sub to them. I'd jump on that offer.

It's sort of like cell phones-the best customers are the ones who will pay every month for a specified amt. of time. :up

I do have a 622 and do subscribe to AEP w/all HD!! So technically he claims I would save $20 a month by "giving" me free HD.

I still need to call Dish 800# CSR directly to verify if legit.

any time you do a dishin it up upgrade you get 722 for $199 with $100 rebate and 6 months of free hd but you do have to extend your contract by 18 months
no contract means every thing full price
