BEWARE:
Several folks have reported on-line that Dish is unwilling, or unable, to replace failed 921's.
Case in point: Mine died several weeks ago. Everytime I call, I am told a delivery date that is two business days after I call; e.g., yesterday I was told it would be the 12th. In each case, this has proven to be untrue. It appears they are intentionally misleading me every time I talk to them.
I caution any of you thinking about acquiring an 921 that you may find out, like we have, that Dish is not honoring its warranty obligations on the 921. You will end up having paid $1000 for nothing.
