They said they were going to release day and date with DVD. I know HBO Films is not HBO.

They released "Tell Me You Love Me" on SD DVD this week with no sign of the Blu. (I don't like that show anyway, but they need to jump in with both feet instead of this toe in the water crap.)

Not everything comes out on HDM. I wanted Illegal Tender from Universal, but they never released it on HD DVD. Probably a business decision based on projections.

I'm talking about Warner. Universal AFAIK never made any such promises. Even Sony never made that promise.

Right. Everything they do in HD will be on Blu-Ray, but that doesn't mean they won't still have SD-only releases.
