WarHawk or Halo 3

Preselling makes it better? it just makes it more popular, and I highly doubt it was the biggest preselling game in history...

But, I would say that without playing it, Halo 3 is better, because it has single player mode.

But the multiplayer gameplay in Warhawk does rock, so until I get a chance to play Halo 3 in multiplayer, I will give the nod on that to Warhawk

Seriously!?!?

I mean, come on... I'm a PlayStation guy and always has been, but I don't think this is a fair comparison for the PS3.

I can't stand Microsoft, but even I recognize the HALO phenomenon and the fact that it doesn't exist without reason... in fact, it's probably the main reason Xbox is still relevant.

EDIT: After reading some of the reviews/responses to HALO, maybe I jumped the gun on this one...

If HALO3 doesn't live up to the hype and is bettered by Resistance (a launch title, for goodness' sake!), as some have suggested, the 360's in trouble...

I am not an Xbox owner but have played Halo 2 multiplayer on a couple of occasions and was kind of disappointed. I guess I had high expectations because of all the Halo hype, but to me it was alright, didn't blow me out of the water anything. I do own Warhawk and like the multiplayer as well, but again it hasn't blown me away either. So far I'm leaning toward Resistance as having better multiplayer action. Maybe Halo 3 will erase all these doubts. I can't wait to go to my buddy's to try it out and see if its worth the hype.

Ya, was never into Halo multiplayer myself either. The single player was a lot of fun until the other alien race or whatever it was entered the game.... stuff blindly rushing me completely turned me off of the game, ended up not finishing it as a result.

Looking forward to getting H3, but it'll be a little bit before I pick it up probably. They're expecting it to make $150m for MS over the next 24 hours... that's as much as Spider-Man 3 took in over it's 3 day opening... but with Halo it's a 90% profit margin.
