May 18, 2007 - Warhawk is one of the most anticipated upcoming releases for the PlayStation 3, as Sony has positioned it as a showcase for the Sixaxis controller. Folks will no doubt be clamoring to get into the beta being released over the PlayStation Network on May 24, so we thought we'd point out that registration is now open at the game's official Site .

Registration does not guarantee you entry to the beta, but not registering guarantees you won't be invited. You do need to be at least 18, possibly a hint that the game will be receiving an "M" rating.

Gaming has change so much. I'm a old head and I started gaming at the penny arcade and pong. I remember it was fun to play a game with someone and I also remember it was just as fun to sit back and watch someone else play to there game ended or it was your turn to play. I even remember having the most fun playing by myself.

Now every game must be multiplayer. As a matter of fact this game is multiplayer only.

Console game is getting to be pretty much like a pc game. Is this the new trend now, having the public as your beta tester? Whats good for halo3 is good for warhalk.

Multiplayer only? wow.. havnt heard of that yet... sometimes you need to play solo to cut your teeth and get the control schemes down to play a game before venturing out and gettin killed by the kiddies that play 16 hours a day... so you have half a chance.

interesting promotion..

Anyone get Forza yet?
