They are. I have it on good authority that you can use channel stack splitters to put 8 Wally's on one cable from a hybrid LNB.Are Wallys compatible with the new Hybrid LNB that goes on dish antennas?

Hybrid LNBFs are retro compatible with DPP technology, so any DP/DPP compliant receiver will work fine on one. Whoever said that they will stop working is wrong, unless a new Hybrid LNB model gets released. I have gone as far back as connecting a 322 to a Hybrid LNB with zero issues. Some people say Hybrid LNB work with old VIP receivers but I heard it won’t last long. Hybrid LNBs are made for Hoppers/Wallys only.
If by normal you mean DPP and not legacy/voltage switching, pretty much.My guess is that Hybrid just means the lnb is capable of band stacking, but if the receiver does not need band stacking, it acts like a normal lnb.
They work but they're setup to be installed with DPP LNB'sAre Wallys compatible with the new Hybrid LNB that goes on dish antennas?
