email privately at kfried001@yahoo.com and I will let you know. the
csr said there was going to be a lot added, but to us, I don't think
we are going to consider it a lot, althought a step in the right
direction. If you take away the 21 exclusives, the additions are very
good.

for any
credits. VOOM came back 5 times with different antennas until they
got
one that worked. Thanks to Wilt this was taken care of. I also had
the
receiver replaced 5 times in my bedroom, until VOOM and I started to
think it had more to do with bad wiriing than the receivers. My son's
receiver was replaced several times because it would hang every day.
I
found out what was wrong with the one in the bedroom. Each time the
receiver was replaced, the installed would take the antenna module
out
of the old receiver and put it in the new one. Well it turned out to
be a faulty antenna module that was causing the issues. As for my
son's receiver, it had do with a faulth cable run to his room. As for
the OTA going in and out, there was a bad switch one time and the
other time it was caused by the installer not securing it down
properly."

My point the other day was that you appear to be a high maintenance
customer. What you posted above solidifies my opinion of that. Your
25 posts over the last 3 days (yes, I counted them. He accounted for
over 20% of the posts here over the last 3 days. This, on a list
with over 2,010 members.) also solidifies my opinion of that.
With all due respect, this is not the "kfried group".

I have been here since January of this year, and, for you newbies
out there, there was another extended period where Mr. Fried wanted
to dominate this board with attention-seeking whining, and the other
members told him, in essence, to take a hike. He did, for about 2
weeks, but he couldn't stay away forever. It makes me wonder: with
all that time typing, how can you possibly find time to watch Voom?

The latest complaint is about a $5 mirroring charge.
As a charter member, didn't you get Vavavoom free for about 7 months?
Don't answer that.

nostrodumb_ass,
Let's stop this dialogue as it is going nowhere. Look back at my previous post when I wnted to leave prior to my MBG. It had to do with the 39 channels channels VOOM promised by 2/1 and then 2/8 and then April and then June. Then they totally stopped mentioning 39 channels and went to over 30 channels. What happened to the other 9? That's why I got irritated, another lie. Just for your inofrmation, I have worked closely with the Executive VP of Marketing of VOOM with several initiatives and he appriciated that post. Oviously when companies make promises to you and don't live up to them, it has less of an effect on yout than it it does on me. I have never tried to dominate this board, I am just replying to other peoples posts and thanks. In the long run, corporate told be this incidindent is going to help VOOM, I can't tell you why right now, but they appreciate it as well. So if you think I am doing the wrong thing, please keep yhis at a professional and not a personal level. There there are people that appreciate the time I take to post my experiences and VOOM does as well. I have read all your posts and although I may not always agreed with you, I hope I didn't attach you personally. The five dollar mirroring fee was something I was promised or would not have invested in an additional $800 worth of recievers.

If you really want to help VOOM succeed as I do, it may be more helpful to air the faults so they get fixed instead of being what yo may think of as being a low-maintenance loyal customer and not helping by bringing issues to light. But please let's keep this at an intellectual level and nothing else. If it makes you happy to put others down, that is fine with me, but it is just exposiing an inferiority complex that exists within your personality.
