I have been missing channel 227 for 5 days.....VOOM told me today that it was trouble with the boxes and they were contacting Motorola to find out the problem why some customers not receiving some Cinemax channels....he said it was affecting approx. 50% of the boxes....I just get the 800 Upgrade message on 227....they have rehit the channels, removed them, rehit them, rebooted several ways....nothing fixes it. Hopefully will be fixed in a few days....must be a software problem.....because it's on both of my tv's.....they have credited my account a few $$.
