On 1 of my units there is no number but a zero. But, the other has a number and I have been blocked twice. Its just a pain to keep calling them to reauthorize the box. Its almost like they have to call Pluto and wait for a response back.

Once you get it authorized. Do not plug the telephone line back in. I have two receivers and never had them plug to a telephone line and have never been blocked or de-authorized.
