I have a Zenith SAT520HD and the new HD-Tivo (HR10-250). The
SAT520HD is the same as the Sony HD200 and is an excellent reciever,
especially for local OTA channels. The HD-Tivo is great simply
because I now can watch things when I want.

Regarding Voom, I think I will call them tonight and suggest that I
either cancel the whole thing, or get a new box with better software.

Snappish,
Did you purchase the receiver or switch to lease? If think I
remember you said you switched to the lease. In that case you og
course you can cancel. If you purchased the h/w then you can cancel
but they won't refund any money to you.

Do you want to cancel because of VOOM or the repetitive programming
and the fact that they never followed through on their promise of 39
HD channels by 2/1, then 2/28 then 6/1. And now they don't even
mention the magic 39 channels anymore.
