Voom Programming Plans?

After receiving yesterdays notice of a price increase from D*, the service from Voom looks even more interesting. But while they offer lots of new channels, some like BBC & NWI would be sorely missed. This makes Voom a difficult sell to her indoors.
What are the promises or rumors for the addition of new channels - even if they are not provided in HD?

Rumors/Promises:

1- Up to 88 SD channels before MPEG-4. Double capacity of SD channels after MPEG-4.

2- HD Arena: ESPN-HD, BRAVO-HD+, ENCORE-HD (a done deal), TNT-HD (might be a done deal), PLAYBOY-HD (a done deal, yet we have not seen it), SPICE-HD, INHD 1 & 2, PPV-HD (two of these), HDnet (not in the distance future, but it might in a distance future), Disney-HD (Speculation).

P.S. with the introduction of MPEG-4, it will create more space for HD but it won't be available until 2005.
