voom is shaking on my toshiba 30hf83

just got connected,
switching from cable to voom,
cable works great but when viewing the hd channels it shakes
anyone else have a toshiba 30HF83 with this issue?

I have your TV. Picture is fine here. What do you mean by "shaking"?

are you using the dvi cable provided?

First, make sure the STB is set to 1080i (top orange light flashes). Native mode and the TV don't work.

If that doesn't work, reboot (hold down power button for 10 seconds).

If still a problem, switch to component or DVI to see if it's the STB or your TV. Just make sure it's not a problem with your connection.

After that, call Voom.
