with all due respect, before you make a statement like this, you need to do some research as to what is an HD transfer. As there are lots of factors that come into play whether a transfer looks excellent, acceptable, or just ok. This topic has been discussed before and you can search here or at AVS. Then make a comparison of the HD transfers in another HD channel (like premium or HDnet or TNT) to see whether the HD tranfer looks the same.
