Voom acting screwy on election day

Turned voom on early this morning. Auto-switching repeatedly from channel to guide; controls nonresponsive; forced boot; channel locks screwed up; all channels locked if any are unless you remove the rating lock or your pin...

Also the programming guide seems to have been in error frequently lately...

Not a good sign when my wife and I are spending most of our tv time with the cable company's hd dvr.

The experiment is almost over for me.

Same exact thing happened to me this morning. Had to re-boot. First time I ever saw this flipping back and forth. Made me want to flip a finger back.

Exact same thing happened to me this morning as well. Reboot (holding power button for 5 seconds) fixed it.

I have had the exact same thing happen this past week. Several times. I thought that it was related to the new software. I have been experiencing intermittent delays of 1 to 2 minutes to change a channel.

1 to 2 minutes!!! That's an eternity when just staring at the tv. I guess you'll just have to watch your shows like a woman (and never change the channel)

I'll never gripe again on the 10 second channel changes at Comcast.
