I have had no vod channels on my guide for about a month now. Don't know why they're gone but I don't connect to broadband or phone. Would that cause me not to get them?

Anyone? I make sure my receiver is in standby every night. So that's not it. Is there anyone that is not hooked up to phone or broadband that has the vod channels?
is your EPG setup as favorites only? if so set it back to regular guide. if not, i really can't say why they aren't there.
