I'm really intrigued by this new set.
It boasts to get rid of all black bars
From the blu ray. Basically show you
The way the movie was really shot.

My concern is what does it do to regular HD
Programming? Stretched out? Distorted?
Jury is still out.
Not enough reviews. However it looks awesome.

So I'm clamoring for a new bedroom set.
Wanna go 60". To replace 54" panny plasma.
Excellent but I want bigger and mabe led.

Any thoughts?

The only thought that comes to mind is how can you take a step back from the excellent panny plasma?

I've got a small LED display and my 54" panny plasma and can surely say that the LED just really isn't nearly as good.

So what this means is that even 16x9 will have black bars on the sides, and 4x3 will have even more pronounced black bars than we are used to. Great for watching movies, less than optimal for everything else.

I hate to think what my mother-in-law would do with such a set. The results would probably look like:

Good points.
I have currently all three
LCD, led and plasma.
They all look great.
My plasma runs hot but
Picture is excellent.

I'm ready for a larger screen though.
I am concerned about distortion on the new vizio.

Fox to release some HD to IPTV before Blu-Ray/DVD release

LED covered under service plan?
