I have 2 VIP 722 DVR Receivers. Both of them used to allow me to order On Demand Movies. However, about a month and half ago they stopped working. I called Dish Network and they sent me to a Level 2 Tech who said it was an issue Dish was aware of and that it would be resolved soon. I attempted to order a movie today and I'm still having the same issue. I called Dish and they basically said they saw where the Level 2 Tech made notes in the system and said it still isn't resolved.
