Ok, I have a 721 receiver and a single cable that runs from the LNB to a DPPro Separator and that plugs into the tuner 1 & 2 inputs on my receiver. I am going to upgrade my receiver to the VIP722 and HD programming. Does the 722 do the same (I know a new dish will be installed for HD programming) as far as a single cable and a separater at the receiver?

Thanks
Dan

Actually it is a Dish Pro Plus Separator and it only works with DPP equipment, not Dish Pro. It does sound like that is what you have so Yes, it should work (with the new sat location added of course).

Yes Dish Pro Plus...I mistated. Sorry. I just want to confirm when I get the VIP722's ( I will be getting 2 of them), that the single coax runs that are existing to the house will still work with the VIP722 just as it did with my PVR 721.

Thanks
