I have one HD TV, and 3 Standard TVs. My question is this; do I have to have a second TV connected to the 622? What I am getting at is this; If I have another TV connected to the 622, will that keep me from watching a show and recording another at the same time? Also, will I be able to watch a show, be recording a show, and having the 2nd TV be wathcing a completly different show??

No, you can run the 622 in single mode where PIP would be enabled, etc.

No the 622 has three distinct HD tuners (2-satellite, 1-OTA) and two distinct outputs (TV1 - HD via component or HDCP, SD via composite and agile modulator (RF); TV2 - SD via component or agile modulator (RF)) the main limit is that the OTA digital tuner cannot be seen on TV2 live.[/QUOTE]

That is entirely possible as long as each is done with a different tuner and the second tv is on a satellite channel.

Actually you can be recording three programs at the same time and also be viewing two different pre-recorded shows on both outputs - 5 simultaneous events.

622 OTA tuner gone nutty

Can someone help this Twit?
