I have my tv connected via HDMI to VIP622. I was watching tv tonight and all the sudden picture got fuzzy and then there was no picture. I checked the connection and also connected brand new hdmi but there is no picture, I thought it was my tv first. Then I connected component cables and it worked fine. So then I connected my PS3 via HDMI and that worked fine . I think it is the VIP622 , So I rebooted 622 , but there was no picture .
So do I need to call Dish to get a new 622 or If I call Dish, would they be able to fix over the phone? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
