I have a dish VIP222K receiver. Have 1000,4 W which is actually the 1000.2 for the western arc. I get the 110 and the 119 but can never get the 129 to show up. On the switch test the 129 does not show up. It's just blank on the #2 port. On the pointing menu the 129 shows a 68 % signal in red (wrong satellite). I've tried about everything, even blocked out the 110 and the 119 lmbs and tried to wire to the individual ports. Never would show any signal Tfor 129, the other lmbs come in with 70% signals . So, I get all the channels, but very few HD channels. I know the 129 sat is there but my unit just does not get it. I've shut everything down, unpluged the antenna and when everything comes back up it is the same problem.

If your showing 129 on port "2" I don't think your dish is pointed right. The 129 sat should show on port "3".

Thanks for quote. I cannot get the 129 sat to show up anywhere, and I have searched everywhere from all ports and with the 110 and the 119 lmbs covered. No SAT 129. When I use the pointing mode, looking for 129, it shows 68%, in red, echostar 110, and it says , wrong saellite.
On the switch test,port 1 has110-ok. Port 2-conn,x. Port 3-119, ok.

NOTHING FROM 129

You're pointed wrong. Raise the elevation and repoint using the center lnb (port 1) for 119

Incidently, I am 180 miles east of Miami on Treasure Cay in the Bahamas.I have raised the antenna with the outside lmbs covered and using port 1 , all that hapens is that I start to lose 119. The funny thing is that when I cover 110 and 119 lmb, and I am cabled into port 3 , I get nothing no matter where I move the antenna. I would think that I would get something from the 129 lmb. I just acts as if 129 lmb is not active.
