Recently, we upgrade to hd channels in our 120 channels pacakge. the vip222k took it but the vip211k which was in our son room did not take it. We could see like cnn hd and others but not on the vip211k. We are thinking may be it was off when we did the upgrade to hd. Sometimes we shut off the tv and his electronics stuff from the surge button.We did not pay attention til today. We upgraded like a week ago.Tried to power it off from the outlet and then reboot but nothing,
