ViP211: L3.46 adds Broadband and DishComm

my 211 has s/w L347 now.

L4.37 is widespread as of today. Looks like L4.36 had issues.

I need to check mine when I get home, I was waiting for this feature (dishcomm, it will take away some fees I believe)
