Just got a new receiver from Dish. Since my last 622 went bad. Everything was fine until I got up to switch testing part.
After about 20 tries it finally checked everything and ViP was up and running.
Now few hours later I notice EPG is not gather data on all my locals and selected channels even after it downloaded all the data few hours ago.
So I go into switch hit scan. It scans and tells me fewer satellites have been found.
When I was on the phone with Dish they also told me that during testing you should only have x out of 4(example, Satellite 1 input, Current doing test #1 out of 4). However I get x out of 38.
Tech support didn't have a clue what to do.
I also rebooted the DVR and Unplugged it to see if that helped nothing. Everything was working fine on my other 622 until it went bad.
Any suggestions what to do?
