Vip 222, Cinemax, or other problem?

I have a Vip 222 that I have hooked up via HDMI to TV1 and rF via TV2. Setup has not changed since I got the Vip 222. As of last night, channels 9440 and 9441 are very pixelated and usually cause the receiver to lock up when I try to view them from either tv. All the other channels work fine. My Vip 211 works great with all channels, including 9440 and 9441. I have had the usual problems with the 222 (locks up, freezes, etc) but a restart would fix the problem.

Is anyone else having problems with these channels? Is this a Vip 222 problem or a line problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I take that back...I don't get channels 9440-9444, as well as their counterparts in the 300-400 range on the Vip 222. I do get the sd versions. Anyone got any ideas?
