vip 222 2nd tuner/tv message

I setup my new vip222 this weekend and on my second tv that is using the 2nd tuner out of the receiver keeps getting a message. The message says " Pay my bill or service will be inactive within 48 hours". It only shows up on the 2nd tv for some reason and not the primary 1st tuner. Any ideas why this is happening? If I click OK on the message it takes me to the interactive pay my bill console, but if I click cancel it continues on like nothing is wrong.
 
Have you paid your bill? if so, you might want to do a chat with dish technical support. you might try a hard reset first, pull the power on the unit for about ten minutes then plug it back in.
