When a receiver is "out of the stream" for more than a few days which means it isnt communicating with the satellite the access card (that tells the receiver what programming you subscribe to) goes inactive. The result? no channels other than maybe 101
Best thing is to either call Dish, do a chat or as noted contact a DIRT (dish internet response team) member. All the receiver needs is a rehit which will give you the programming back. Takes like 5 minutes once they send the hit
