ViP 211 Program Guide Problem

Every time I turn on my TV the E* program guide tells me my information is outdated. It then takes me 3-5 minutes to get the update, which is a real pain. Could this be caused by the fact I am getting OTA local HD channels thru the 211? I have only had this problem since I got 3.45.

I also see this on ocassion, you begin to scan ahead and that message pops up, but you can't get around it so you must say yes!!
