I have a viewsat lite platinum it was working fine for about a month.After adding channel to favorite list and waiting for updating information to clear on the screen,it frosen there.I turned off and on the receiver,it showed the word "on" in the display,nothing showed in the tv,and the remote control unit would not do anything.Need some help pls.

what channel did it freeze on?
Did you load different software in the box?
