I purchased a Viewsat MAX HD from a garage sale,and it worked great at first....was watching Galaxy 19 97W, but now the picture freezes occasionally, and I have to let it cool down, and turn it back on. I think the previous owner was hacking Dish/BellVu with it, and there's probably some module built in. The box had an extra ribbon cable of some sort, and I'm assuming that's the original cable that was inside prior to the 8PSK module being installed. Does anyone know where this ribbon cable goes? I'd be happy to post pictures of the unit if someone can direct me on what to do and place what where.....
