viewsat fails new channel list d/lh

Original set-up went fine. Downloaded channel list, bin, etc. and worked fine....except many channel came in in Spanish. Menu is set to English. I tried to download a new channel list but download failed. I appied Viewsat factory bin,re-applied Softcam and new V63 n2 bin with no problem. Again I tried to download a new channel list using Loader2 and again it failed. There is a menu selection for loading channel lists and that also fails. When I brought receiver back up my old channel list was still in place. Do you have to delete 1 channel list before writing a new channel list over it? If so....how do you do this?
