We have a 20 meg pipe to the internet at work and I'm on dial up at home, it does it both places for me. It looks like the Gold Sponsor stuff it doing it. I'm not familiar with VBulliten but PHPBB has similar sponsor things and if they are coded badly they will cause page load delays. I'ld bet it's that. In all honesty this is one of three forums I can browse on dialup at home so I won't complain.
