Video Test Patterns for HD, 480i DTV HR20

For Direct TV where are the test patterns for HD and 480i?

What channels and times can I get these on my HR20 to record to fine tune my satellite HDMI input.

HDNet use to run test patterns at one time.

I don't know if they still do that.

It is on HDnet schedule Saturday mornings around 6 AM..not up at that time to confirm but that is what the sked says

I have caught the Test pattern reciently, it was like Saturday morning for about 10-15 minutes it is followed by the "Trailers" program on HD Net.

I believe it was on at 6:30 am

Those HDNet test patterns will be in 1080i. But, I suppose you could set the HR20 output to 480i.
