This is a good point. Relatively speaking, no human has spent a very long time in space. Considering radiation and bone degeneration (astronauts literally pee out the calcium in their bones while in space), it's possible humans can't go into space for long periods and remain healthy.
We'll figure it out. If nothing else, LARGE rotating ships to simulate gravity and maintain calcium and fitness levels.
