Video Breakup on 99 degrees

I watch ABC NBC FOX out of the Virgin Islands on 99 degrees. NBC and FOX are perfectly clear but ABC has a lot of MacroBlocking video breakup. Any idea on the cause. All of these are on the same transponder.
