Very low volume with 811

When I watch any HD programs/movies with my 811, the volume is very low. I have to crank it up 3-4 times louder than SD. Is this common with the 811? Thanks.

It the HD broadcast on satellite or on OTA?

I have low volume on one OTA channel that does NOT broadcase in HD. (Fox KTVU - here in San Francisco area.)

Same here... Low volumes on my SD channels, but the HD (both OTA and Dish) seem okay. I guess the OTA channels are slightly lower, but not too bad.
