Vertical white bar on screen???

Ever since the 6.20 update i've got this vertical white bar that goes from right to left of the screen. It's only about 1" wide but really bugs me, can't really see it if there a bright picture on the screen but if it goes black or dark it really shows up. Anyone heard of this or know how to get ride of it? thanx.

Haven't heard of this description, but occasionally I get a white bar that goes from top to bottom (or vise versa) somewhere in the middle of the screen. What I do is press the Voom button and then press the watch button and it goes away. Hope this will work for you.

Nope. Mines their everytime I turn it on, plus I tried that.

I guess no one else has this problem. . I wonder if it's my tv or dvi cable?

Do you mean it moves from right to left?
Check other inputs if you can. See if it is specific to DVI.

Yeah, moves from right to left... only takes it a cupole of seconds for it to get across the screen.

This sounds like an interference. Check your cables, make sure there are no power supplies, transformers, etc. next to your DVI cables. Try a different DVI or component cable if you can.
Also, check the brightness and contrast settings of your TV set: they might be set to high.
By the way, is all channels? OTA as well?
